Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Orygo AI Srl uses cookies and similar technologies on Listmap. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
We do not use cookies for signed-in authentication. Session tokens travel in the Authorization header. We do not run advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or marketing tags on Listmap.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which we use only to remember UI choices in the product (theme, sidebar, last chat). Those are not used to profile you across other sites.
2. How we use them
Under Italian and EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not need consent. Any non-essential cookie on the public homepage is gated by the Iubenda banner. You can change that choice through the banner (homepage, signed-out).
Cookies we set
- invite_token. Set by Listmap on /signup when you open an organization invite link. Purpose: keep the invite through registration. Duration: 7 days. Necessary to join a team. First-party.
- _iub_cs-* (and related Iubenda cookies). Set by Iubenda Cookie Solution on the public homepage. Purpose: remember your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear every visit. Duration: typically up to 12 months. Necessary to store consent. Third-party: iubenda srl (EU).
Local and session storage (not cookies)
- Theme preference, sidebar width, list view, and similar workspace layout. Stored locally so the UI stays as you left it. Necessary for the product to work as designed.
- A draft prompt from the homepage composer, kept in sessionStorage until you finish sign-up. Necessary to send that first message.
3. Third-party sites you leave for
Links to Stripe Checkout, Calendly, or LinkedIn open those operators' sites. Their cookies are governed by their policies, not this one. We do not embed those tools as trackers on listmap.ai.
Fonts are served from Listmap (self-hosted via next/font). We do not load Google Fonts from Google at runtime.
4. Your choices
Browser settings can block or delete cookies. Blocking the invite cookie will stop invite links from completing. Blocking Iubenda's preference cookie will make the homepage banner return each visit.
